The viewing angle is wide enough that positioning yourself centrally in front of the TV isn't necessary. Three USB ports are provided for USB flash drives, hard drives and an optional webcam for video conferencing, and there's both a wired Ethernet port and built-in Wi-Fi for internet connectivity. Two things make this TV special beyond its slim profile and great picture quality: its active (shutter-glasses) 3D support, and Smart TV internet connectivity. For me, Smart TV is a far more exciting prospect than 3D. The internet experience is delivered through Samsung's Smart Hub, a relatively simple menu system that otters a range of pre-installed apps and access to Samsung's Smart TV app store.
