Competing at CES Trade show 2012. Is two product 55-inch OLED (organic light-emitting diode) TV. LG and Samsung have launched a 55-inch OLED Television. Which has received attention from many participants. In the red corner, we have LG 55EM9600 55-inch OLED HDTV, Their 4-Color Pixel OLED panel which also boasts of a terrifyingly slim 4mm profile, instead of typical RGB combinations, LG's candidate will house red, green, blue, and white sub-pixels for improved color accuracy. The ultra-slim screen will feature a Color Refiner as well to tackle notoriously poor viewing angles associated with OLED screens. In the blue corner, we have Samsung KN55ES9000 55-inch OLED HDTV. Meet the Super OLED TV with a Smart Interaction system which enables viewers to interact with the TV via voice and gesture-based controls. At approximately 7mm thin, the Super OLED TV isn't quite as slim as LG's but it is nonetheless thinner than most LCD panels with edge-lit LEDs. |
